AISIN AXN8 TCU Service for PSA (Peugeot, Citroën, DS) — Immobilizer Data Reading & Emulator Setup

This service targets AISIN AXN8 automatic transmission control units (TCU) from PSA group vehicles (Peugeot, Citroën, DS). Two service options are available:

Option A — Send unit

• You send us a fully operational, undamaged AISIN AXN8 TCU.

• We read and verify the TCU data.

• We decode immobilizer-related data and extract the PIN code; the decoded PIN is provided to you.

• We adapt and bench-test our immobilizer emulator for your TCU.

• After service the TCU is returned unchanged, together with the external emulator hardware. The emulator must be connected by the customer to the vehicle wiring.

Option B — Remote (no shipping)

• You read and send us the complete raw TCU data dump by email (original file from your flasher/programmer).

• We decode immobilizer data, extract the PIN and prepare the emulator configured to your dump.

• We ship the configured emulator to you. You then connect it to the vehicle wiring harness. This avoids shipping the TCU and saves delivery costs.

Emulator connection
The supplied emulator is external and connects to the vehicle wiring with 4 wires:

• Red: +12V IGN, Black: GND, Yellow: CAN H, White: CAN L

The price includes the immobilizer emulator hardware. After service you receive the configured emulator and the decoded PIN code. Vehicle will start only if all other components (engine, immobilizer antenna, keys, wiring, sensors) are functional.

What’s included

• Full data read and integrity check (when TCU is sent).

• Immobilizer data decoding and PIN extraction (PIN provided to customer).

• Emulator adaptation and configuration.

• Functional bench testing with TCU data or dump.

• Shipment of emulator to customer.

• Return shipping of TCU (if TCU was sent).

Requirements from customer

• Option A: Send only a fully operational and undamaged AISIN AXN8 TCU.

• Option B: Provide a complete, unmodified raw TCU data dump from your flasher/programmer and email it.

• Customer must connect the emulator to the vehicle wiring (4 wires: +12V IGN, GND, CAN H, CAN L).

• Provide vehicle make/model and VIN.

• Confirm lawful ownership or authorization to service the unit.

Technical notes

• Service covers AISIN AXN8 TCUs used in PSA group vehicles (Peugeot, Citroën, DS).

• We do not accept whole vehicles.

• Emulator is external and must be wired in by customer (4 wires: +12V IGN, GND, CAN H, CAN L).

• We do not guarantee vehicle start if other related components are faulty.

• PIN code provided is decoded from the TCU data.

• Remote option available with data dump by email.
